Bought a rebuilt engine and it came with these mufflers....right angle out of head to boxes that travel the length of the engine....through heater boxes at rear of engine....

small pipes existing toward rear of car (kinda like a kubelwagen) but much wider than the normal exhaust ports in the body...

36 hp engne.....

Never seen anything like that, might check aroung for any info on old industrial vw motors. They were used for fire trucks and other apps., you might find something?
