I really need help with electrical. I have wires all over the place and wire nuts holding crap together. I can rebuild engines and work on just about anything, but looking at electrical diagrams is rocket science to me.

I'm no electrician but vw's are pretty basic as far as wiring goes. Too bad Joe is not here he is pretty good with electrical. He is too busy playing in the mountains of Afghanistan fu

Thought so, i plan on pulling the engine to head the heads looked at and add new gaskets to the engine. Ive bought all the brake parts, except a MC and booster. Ive got alot of misc, parts too but finding the time to get into it has been a challenge here recently.

Don't get me started on all the crap I went through to get to the last Bugout! At least the motor locked up in the garage and not on the way to the show.

Definitely looks like the wiring is BEAT! I'm gonna be in Afghanistan for a while, but if you don't get it figured out by the time I get back then I can give you a hand.

Sweet bus welcome to the club. There is a sweet junk yard with 50-60 bays, and vanagons up plus other vws in centreville, md just past the Chesapeake bay bridge. All kinds of seats and camper interiors and other. It's an hour past DC. In the past the guy had 21 windows, RHD split windows.
