I just recently purchased a 1976 VW beetle. Bought it in May and it has been in the shop every since then. I think we are making some progress, I hope we are on the road for the Bug out in August. I have had 2 other bugs one a 73 super I bought in 1987 as a sophmore in HS. The other a 1971 beetle in 1991 when i was in the Army. I havent owned a beetle since 1992 so i am sure this will be an adventure. I hope to meet a lot more of you guys on the message board. I did attend the show here in Richmond last month and was jealous of all the nice looking V dubs.
