Re: air bag suspension
It all depends on what you want to do with it. Do you want it to simply go up and down or do you want it to have the capabilities of front, rear, side to side, individual corner controls?????
Either way you can probably get all four bags for around $150. You can check on FBI, or airbaggit.com, they usually have a good deal on bags. 2500 or bigger bags for a truck that size. If you just want up and down controls, you will need 4 valves (2 supply and 2 release). I would recommend 3/8 or 1/2in valves. If the valves operate too fast you can always get turn downs for them (this decreases the amount of air flow to the bag so you can control how fast it will inflate or deflate). You will also need a 5 gallon or bigger air tank (size depends on how you plan to use it) with at least 5 ports. Viair makes some of the best compressors any of their 400 series stuff will work out fine. All the brackets you will need are also available through airbaggit.com
you will need: air tank, compressor, valves, bags, brackets, pressure switch, air/water trap, and air line
And if you plan to use it in the winter you may want to consider valve warmers. I used to have to wait 5-10 minutes during the winter for my old car to warm up before the condensation in the air system would thaw (just like any air system there will be condensation build up, and it will cause the seal in your valves to stick in the shut position) .

Re: air bag suspension
thanks joe, and yeah i would just want up and down from front to back or something like that. i think parking and then putting it on the ground would be sick. or if somebody gets too close to my bumper when im driving put the back down and put some sparks in their face also if anybody knows of somewhere to get a car painted better then Maaco let me know, the bus needs paint pretty bad and maaco dont cut it. just somewhere cheap i guess. i have other places in mind i just want to see if anybody knows the best deal for the best price.. thanks

As long as you do all the body work and prep Maaco does a really good job painting.
